I had this one strange dream. I just remember, that there was some kind of scar on palm of my hand and I was searching for someone to cure it. I tried to paint it. I was also experimenting with color to give it some kind of "dreamy" atmosphere.
I have been very inactive lately. I think I can call it artist block. I haven't had much motivation and everything looked like crap. I think I am getting out of it, slowly.

The metacarpal bones are getting too short as they progress toward the pinky!
Still, who cares. That's just the drawing. The lighting and color are great!

The idea of an open wound is classic. And of course it can (and must) have a dual meaning, good and bad. How you view it and react to it is important, because some are meant NOT to heal. In any event, I wouldn't look for anyone else to heal it. That is a trial for you, alone, eh? At at 17 years of age the trial comes early . . . maybe to balance your amazing talent? Yes. I think so.
I did a couple around this time, too. Hand-Color-Keys-DAL copy and Hand and skin- DAL copy . These are the enhancements. The originals were done earlier, on the 6th and 7th of December. No wounds that show.
